I very much appreciated Marcy's cheerfulness, energy and can-do attitude, but her honesty and forthrightness stood out the most, putting my interests as a buyer above all else: just before closing, she came across and brought to my attention liitle-known HOA rules governing transient rentals that could have killed the deal. Her attentiveness to my wife's wants and wishes -- big and small -- always with a smile, also impressed me greatly. Marcy worked tirelessly for my wife and me from start to finish.
